Cocoon
This piece was born out of an autumnal palette of browns, oranges and black. As I progressed in my process, I felt the need to "circle in" and introspect. The colors play off of one another as an energy is released from the layers. I learned from this piece that it is crucial for our wellbeing to take time to circle in and return to the comfort of a "cocooning"...for it is there where the magic happens!
